First Anchor Risk Management Limited (FARM) is a wholly-Ghanaian owned private equity firm, incorporated in January 2003. It is registered and certified by the National Insurance Commission (NIC), to provide all lines of commercial and personal insurances.
Commencing business on the 18th of July, 2003, FARM has grown steadily to become a well-respected and client-oriented insurance broking company. This success has been achieved largely through recommendations of our existing clientele, who have clearly expressed profound satisfaction with our services. Our clients have often claimed that our services do not only exceed their expectations but have also contributed significantly to their long-term financial stability.

Mr. Stephen Angmor, the Executive Director gained technical and marketing experience from CDH and Glico Insurance Co. Ltd where he previously worked.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Insurance Option) from the University of Ghana with First Class Honors. He joined the company in December, 2006. Steve is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and also holds a Willis Masters of Energy Certificate, UK.
He has been instrumental in the transformation of the fortunes of First Anchor from its modest beginning, to the status of a leading broking firm within the Ghanaian insurance industry.

She has been a key team player, providing expert insurance advice and handling many insurance portfolios for both international and local companies over the years. With her background in marketing, BSC (Marketing) from the Central University and MSC (Supply Chain Management) from Coventry University, she brings on board diverse marketing strategies to shape up business development.
She seeks to bring value in the insurance sector and this pushes her to learn more by taking up insurance related courses. She holds an Advanced Diploma and an Applied Insurance Studies Diploma. She has attended insurance related conferences and seeks to further her studies in the field.
